ABX Migration User Guide

This guide will walk you through the process of migrating ABX tokens from Alephium to MegaETH.

This migration portal is currently running on testnets. The tokens migrated here have no real value and are for testing purposes only.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have:

1. Alephium Wallet Extension: (e.g., Alephium Extension Wallet or WalletConnect compatible).

2. MetaMask (or any EVM wallet) configured for MegaETH Testnet.

3. Testnet Tokens:

   • Some ALPH for gas on Alephium.

   • Some ETH for gas on MegaETH (to claim).

Step 1: Get ABX Tokens (Faucet)

If you don't have ABX tokens yet, use the built-in Faucet:

1. Connect your Alephium Wallet using the "Connect Wallet" button in the Faucet section.

2. Click "Claim 100 ABX".

3. Wait for the transaction to confirm. Your balance should update in the Migration form.

Step 2: Initiate the Transfer (Source)

1. In the "From: Alephium" section, ensure your wallet is connected.

2. In the "To: MegaETH Testnet" section, connect your MetaMask/EVM Wallet.

3. Enter the Amount of ABX you wish to migrate.

4. Click "Proceed to Review".

5. Double-check the destination address and amount.

6. Click "Confirm Migration" and sign the transaction in your Alephium wallet.

Step 3: Wait for Relayer Sync

After the transaction on Alephium is confirmed:

1. The migration interface will show a "Processing" or "Waiting for Relayer" status.

2. The Relayer needs about 30 - 60 seconds to verify the transaction and update the state on MegaETH.

3. Please stay on this page and wait for the process to complete.

Step 4: Claim Your Tokens (Receive MBX)

Once the relayer sync is complete:

1. Your MetaMask wallet (or connected EVM wallet) will automatically pop up asking for confirmation.

2. Confirm the transaction in MetaMask to mint your MBX tokens.

3. After the transaction is confirmed on MegaETH, your balance will update.

Note: If the popup does not appear automatically or you accidentally closed the window, you can manually claim your tokens by entering your transaction ID in the Explorer tab.

Useful Information

• Token Mapping: 1 ABX (Alephium) = 1 MBX (MegaETH).

• Limits: There is currently no daily limit on the testnet migration, but standard network gas fees apply on both ends.

• Stuck Transaction?: If you closed your browser before claiming, simply go to the Explorer page, enter your Alephium Transaction ID, and you can resume the claim process at any time.
