Recovery Guide

The Recovery feature is designed to help you complete a migration transaction that was interrupted or failed to trigger the automatic claim process.

If you burned ABX tokens on Alephium but did not receive the prompt to claim MBX on MegaETH (e.g., you closed the browser tab, the popup failed, or the network timed out), you can manually recover your funds.

How to Recover a Transaction

Step 1: Find your Burn Transaction ID

  1. Go to the "Transactions" or "History" tab on the Migration interface.

  2. Locate your recent transaction.

  3. Copy the Transaction Hash (TX ID). This is the unique identifier for your burn event on Alephium.

Step 2: Navigate to Recovery

  1. Click on the "Recovery" tab in the main migration menu.

  2. Connect the recipient wallet (MetaMask/MegaETH) if it is not already connected.

Step 3: Input and Claim

  1. Paste the Transaction Hash (TX ID) you copied in Step 1 into the input field.

  2. The system will fetch the transaction status from the relayer.

  3. Click the "Claim Transfer" button.

  4. Confirm the transaction in your MetaMask wallet to mint your MBX tokens.

Note: The recovery process only works if the initial burn transaction was successful on the source chain and sufficient time (~60 seconds) has passed for the Relayer to index it.
